He has been an active real estate investor, personal home  renovator, and manager of rental properties. Gordon has numerous years of experience in building homes, project management, and contract negotiation.  He has worked collaboratively with his wife, Shannon in her real estate business for the past 16 years. Gordon has exceptional skills in helping both buyers and sellers. He listens carefully to the buyers in an effort to help them find a home that meets their wants and needs. Originally from Montana, Ron grew up with a farming/ranching background. After high school, he left the farm life and entered college. Graduating from Washington State University with an engineering degree, he had a storied and traveled career before landing in Bellingham and discovering his passion for real estate. He married an outstanding Seattle lady and raised his three children here in Bellingham. Leaving the industry with 34+ years experience he moved in 2022 to join his kids and grandkids in Florida. Ron nevertheless teamed up with us in 2019 to make sure his clients would have an excellent option for a continuity of care. He remains an avid supporter and consultant. 

 

REBECCA REICHREBECCA REICH - IN MEMORIAM

Rebecca was an integral part of our team for many years as a Lead Listing Agent and Real Estate expert. Rebecca had over 30 years of experience in the Bellingham and Whatcom County real estate market. She was a long time advocate for the environment and was an esteemed board member of the Whatcom Land Trust.

On the morning of December 16th, 2016 Rebecca passed away after a courageous, private battle with breast cancer. Rebecca will be greatly missed by her NeufeldNW and Muljat Group family. The Neufeld Team has had the honor of joining in partnership with Rebecca Reich over the years. We have enjoyed getting to know Rebecca's clients and assist them with all real estate needs.

The memory of Rebecca is being honored through the Whatcom Land Trust through the Rebecca Reich Conservation Internship. The internship fund will provide a local student with hands-on experience learning values and best practices of land conservation while assisting the Conservation Director with conservation projects and initiatives. They hope to renew the internship yearly to support the Trust's mission.
